I have to replace some of my deck. I want to make pressure-treated wood fiber. As Fiber? What documents? Any tips?

The dust of fiberglass and sanding work is not good for you to breathe, to buy plus all the things and to apply multiple layers. Too much work and can not be satisfied with the outcome. Simply replace the wood with leaf marine grade 1 / 2 "or thicker wood with a good quality indoor / outdoor carpet. That's what I would do.
