Anaemia Causes More Condition_symptoms What Causes Iron Deficent Anaemia - Where Injections (not Oral Supplements Are Required?)

What causes iron deficent anaemia - where injections (not oral supplements are required?) - anaemia causes more condition_symptoms

All I can think is some kind of malabsorption syndrome, you know:
1) What kind of malabsorption?
2) Other causes for some1 to injections of iron for anemia need?
Thank you!
(PS-PLS Leave not all causes of anemia DIF, I am more on this subject, but, thank you focused:)

Some people can not cope with too many tablets of iron (constipation, etc..)
People with certain bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis syndrome, short bowel syndrome, etc.) do not absorb iron as well.
People whose blood cells do not survive longer than the normal (eg, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, etc. haemaglobinopathies)
People who have had a recent significant blood loss and they are trying to get back to their normal level haemaglobin quickly and had no blood transfusion.
People with chronic blood loss (eg, hard times)
Pregnant or nursing women who have iron deficiency.

, Are examples.
